Peptide Reconstitution & Dosage Framework

🧪 Overview

The PeptideCalc Engine provides a high-precision framework for researchers to calculate precise reconstitution and dosing architecture. This documentation focuses on eliminating common laboratory errors—such as "Plunger Parallax"—by establishing a unified algebraic mapping for U-100 syringe measurements.

Research Use Only: This framework is designed for educational and laboratory research purposes. It is not intended for human consumption or clinical diagnostic use.

📐 The Core Mathematical Formula

At the heart of the engine is the universal calibration formula, which remains constant regardless of the amino acid sequence:

$$V_{draw} = \frac{D}{C}$$

Where:

  • $V_{draw}$: The final volume to be extracted into the syringe.
  • $D$: The Desired Dose (in mg or mcg).
  • $C$: The Concentration, calculated as: $Total Mass / Diluent Volume$.
