Peptide Reconstitution & Dosage Framework
🧪 Overview
The PeptideCalc Engine provides a high-precision framework for researchers to calculate precise reconstitution and dosing architecture. This documentation focuses on eliminating common laboratory errors—such as "Plunger Parallax"—by establishing a unified algebraic mapping for U-100 syringe measurements.

Research Use Only: This framework is designed for educational and laboratory research purposes. It is not intended for human consumption or clinical diagnostic use.
📐 The Core Mathematical Formula
At the heart of the engine is the universal calibration formula, which remains constant regardless of the amino acid sequence:
$$V_{draw} = \frac{D}{C}$$
Where:
- $V_{draw}$: The final volume to be extracted into the syringe.
- $D$: The Desired Dose (in mg or mcg).
- $C$: The Concentration, calculated as: $Total Mass / Diluent Volume$.
🛠️ Integrated Toolkits
We provide specialized modules optimized for specific research analogs:
- Universal Peptide Calculator: General-purpose concentration modeling.
- Semaglutide Matrix: Targeted titration for metabolic analogs.
- Tirzepatide Advisor: Dual-agonist volumetric planning.
- CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin Stack: Complex secretagogue ratio management.
